• Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule. • Monitoring Team Leader performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently. • Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and Team Leaders. • Managing employee requests and transgressions. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. • Training and coaching new and current Team Leaders and team members on tasks. • Handling customer issues and employee disputes. • Organizing shift schedules for team members.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role • Experience creating shift schedules
