• Identify and qualify potential clients in the engineering, construction, and BIM industries. • Conduct product demos for MicroBIM tools, showcasing features and technical capabilities. • Understand client technical requirements and deliver customized solutions aligned with their needs. • Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in line with company pricing strategies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of opportunities. • Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and partner meetings as required. • Provide post-sales technical support during onboarding and implementation stages. • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to convey client feedback and support product improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or pre-sales role. • Hands-on experience with BIM workflows, Revit, and MEP systems (fire-fighting and mechanical systems preferred). • Experience delivering technical demos, presentations, or client training sessions. • Proven track record of managing client relationships and supporting sales cycles. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
