📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and develop ERO partners and tax professionals looking to grow their tax businesses • Build and manage a network of tax offices while providing guidance, support, and leadership • Help partners implement strategies to increase clients, grow funded returns, and expand their businesses • Support business development efforts through recruiting, marketing, relationship building, and growth initiatives • Provide mentorship and guidance to ERO partners as they develop their teams and improve operations • Monitor business performance, production goals, and opportunities for growth within your network • Promote compliance standards, ethical tax preparation practices, due diligence, and taxpayer information protection • Encourage continuous training and professional development among partners and preparers • Represent Polished Talent Group by creating a professional, growth-focused experience for tax entrepreneurs • Lead with an ownership mindset while helping others build sustainable tax businesses
