📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for client teams • Figure out what the client actually needs and what the response should look like • Go into Notion, Linear, Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, Fireflies, etc. and make it real • Read messy material, find the structure, produce a summary, decision log, or procedure • Keep each client's institutional memory layer organized, current, and trustworthy • Review AI-assisted outputs and provide corrections • Write procedures and reference materials for client's team • Onboard new clients and streamline structures
