📋 Description
• Answer emails and LinkedIn Correspondence to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers • Assist with Diary and Inbox management • Draft reports and correspondence • Oversee department hiring procedures • Ensure travel arrangements, budgeting, and reimbursements • Bookkeeping with Xero • Handle administrative tasks • Perform other related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite • Has excellent communication skills • Has great attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines • Requires minimal supervision
