•Initially, you will focus on sourcing candidates, posting jobs, and managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). •Over time, you will develop skills in CV editing, executive career coaching, interview coordination, and full-cycle recruitment. •Your responsibilities will be split into two categories: • 1. Recruitment Services (For Employers & Clients) •Sourcing & Screening: Identify and shortlist candidates for job openings. •Job Posting: Post jobs on job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS. •ATS Management: Update candidate profiles and track recruitment progress. •Candidate Engagement: Conduct pre-screening interviews, send assessments, and coordinate final interviews. •Profile Optimization: Improve candidates CVs and job board profiles. •Recruitment Process Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment as you gain experience. • 2. Executive Career Coaching Services (For Executives & Job Seekers) •CV Writing & Editing: Format, edit, and enhance CVs using Microsoft Word. •Job Board Profile Management: Create and optimize executive job board profiles. •Job Applications: Assist executives by applying for jobs on their behalf. •Executive Support: Work closely with our executive clients to improve their marketability.
•Entry-level to junior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred. •Strong Microsoft Word skills for CV formatting and editing. •Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn. •Good written and spoken English communication skills. •Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. •Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. •Eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle recruiter. •Your own laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
