📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions and produce concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria • Map the entire prop-funded trading lifecycle including evaluation purchase, account setup, risk rules, pass/fail logic, funding, scaling, payouts, and support workflows • Define data models, API contracts, and event structures across payment systems, KYC/AML, trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader), and internal tools • Translate complex risk and compliance controls (drawdown, daily loss, multi-accounting, copy trading) into clear system checks and decision flows • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on backlog prioritisation, testing, and requirements traceability • Develop and execute UAT, smoke, and regression test cases; log and verify defects with supporting evidence • Maintain robust process documentation, flowcharts, and system architecture references using Confluence, Jira, and diagramming tools

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst within trading, fintech, or complex platform environments • Hands-on understanding of proprietary trading lifecycle from evaluation purchase to funding, scaling, and payouts • Strong knowledge of Forex markets: leverage, margin, order types, spreads, and trading sessions • Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira) and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or draw.io • Experience creating ERDs, BPMN workflows, and light wireframes (Figma) • Strong documentation, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills • Familiarity with automation, machine learning, and CRM/ticketing tools preferred • Basic SQL and experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
