📋 Description
• Lead global growth initiatives across acquisition, monetization, retention, and expansion • Define and execute scalable growth strategies • Build high-performing growth teams • Establish a data-driven growth culture • Work closely with Product, BI, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing • At least 3 years in a leadership or ownership role • Proven experience with subscription-based B2C products • Strong analytical mindset • Familiarity with growth experimentation methods • Experience with product analytics tools • Fluent English with strong communication skills
