📋 Description

• Own and operate a fleet of production AI agents end-to-end • Continuously improve prompts, orchestration, and outputs • Build and run experimentation processes (A/B testing, evals, comparisons) • Optimize models, costs, and search APIs for accuracy and efficiency • Partner with data teams to raise AI-generated output quality • Support adjacent AI projects (customer support agents, internal tools) • Monitor agent performance, set up alerts, and maintain QA processes • Produce clear documentation and enable teammates to operate agents safely

🎯 Requirements

• Proven portfolio of AI agents or automations (videos, demos, repos required) • Strong prompt engineering experience, including multi-agent setups • Experience designing evaluations and driving measurable improvements • Hands-on with agent/prompt/automation platforms (Airtable, Zapier, Latitude, etc.) • Excellent written English for AI-generated outputs • Startup mentality: independent, fast-moving, iterative
