• job evaluation and grading (methodology, role architecture, leveling) • analysis and structuring of compensation frameworks • design or redesign of incentive and bonus schemes (role-based, KPI-driven) • identifying and mitigating gender pay-gap and pay-equity risks • preparing organizations for reporting and compliance requirements under the Directive.
• proven experience in Comp & Benefits / Total Rewards consulting • hands-on delivery of job evaluation projects (e.g. Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson, or robust proprietary frameworks) • strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its real-world implications • confidence working with senior leadership, HR and Finance • pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset — you care about outcomes, not theory.
