📋 Description

• Assist customers, resolving basic queries • Provide a smooth support experience via calls, chat, or email. • Collaborate with team members as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a graduate from any field • Excellent communication skills in English (No MTI/RTI) • Prior experience in BPO or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory • Must have a personal laptop and headset • Comfortable with working independently from home • Strong basic computer skills.
