📋 Description

• Act as a bridge between Art, Game Design, and Development teams, ensuring the seamless integration of visual content into the final product. • Build and configure game screens for multiple aspect ratios using internal development tools and editor environments. • Assemble and implement game assets, animations, and visual elements based on project specifications and technical requirements. • Create visual mockups and prototypes for game features and GDDs, ensuring accurate implementation in the final product. • Collaborate with Developers and Artists to develop and implement new visual effects, tools, and technical solutions. • Optimize graphics, assets, and visual systems to achieve the best balance between performance and visual quality. • Work closely with the game team to identify and implement creative solutions that improve the overall player experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset integration, visual presentation, and content implementation. • Contribute to the improvement of production workflows, pipelines, and internal tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with graphic design and game development tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Unity, or similar software. • Understanding of UI and graphic adaptation principles for different screen resolutions and aspect ratios. • Basic understanding of game development processes and experience working with game engines. • Experience implementing and working with animations, visual effects, shaders, and other real-time visual elements. • Strong attention to detail and understanding of technical constraints and optimization requirements. • Ability to collaborate effectively with Artists, Game Designers, Developers, and other cross-functional team members. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance visual quality with technical performance. • Fluent Russian language skills (written and spoken). • Previous experience in iGaming or slot games is a plus, but we are open to candidates from other areas of game development.
