📋 Description

• Partner with the CTO to define and execute the company's technology strategy • Lead an engineering organization of 300+ professionals (15 direct reports), while scaling and optimizing processes • Ensure the right balance between delivery speed and solution quality • Drive the adoption of best practices in software architecture and engineering excellence • Oversee the reliability, security, and scalability of the platform • Contribute to product roadmap planning and technical risk assessment • Recruit, develop, and mentor engineering leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including roles such as Software Engineer and Architect • At least 5 years of experience in senior technical leadership positions (VP of Engineering, Head of Development, CTO, or equivalent) • Proven experience working with microservices architectures and high-load systems • Strong track record of building, scaling, and leading engineering organizations • Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and product teams • Solid understanding of security, performance, and reliability principles in distributed systems • Hands-on software development background • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher • Nice to Have • Experience in SaaS companies operating high-load or real-time products • Participation in designing architecture from scratch or leading large-scale architectural transformations • Experience with B2B products in industries such as fintech, gametech, or adtech • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps/SRE practices
