📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product's codebase, architecture, and roadmap. • Lead engineering for the AI-native product. • Build and integrate AI capabilities into the product. • Ship features from rough idea to in front of users. • Make foundational technical decisions for the product. • Build the eval and observability layer for customer approval. • Set and protect the engineering culture as a deliverable.

🎯 Requirements

• You've led engineering teams at real scale. • Founding or first-few engineer at a venture-backed AI startup. • Shipped agentic LLM systems to paying enterprise customers. • Made the "rewrite vs. keep" call on someone else's in-flight codebase. • Hired and mentored engineers, even informally. • Cleared a regulated procurement gate in production. • Full-stack capable, comfortable across backend, frontend, and infra.
