📋 Description

• Architect SEO-friendly systems and infrastructure — optimize URL structures, internal linking, canonicalization, and metadata frameworks at scale. • Collaborate across teams — partner with backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers to integrate SEO principles into development workflows (e.g. server-side rendering, dynamic rendering, pre-rendering). • Enhance performance and crawlability — identify and resolve technical issues impacting Core Web Vitals, indexing, and site speed. • Audit and monitor — conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits, monitor crawl stats, analyze logs, and set up tracking dashboards to surface key metrics (traffic, rankings, indexing rates). • Automate and scale SEO — build or extend internal SEO automation tools and scripts using React, Python, TypeScript, or Go to handle meta data generation, schema management, redirects, and sitemaps. • Guide and document — define scalable SEO processes, write clear documentation, and advise engineering peers on best practices. • Collaborate with analytics and content — connect SEO data pipelines to GA4 / GSC, and ensure proper tracking and attribution for organic performance. • Contribute to system design — influence architecture discussions to ensure SEO scalability, and future-proofing of new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO with a strong software engineering foundation. • Experience in growth / SEO-led product organizations • Hands-on experience in TypeScript, Python, or Go, especially for backend development or automation. • Deep understanding of how search engines crawl, render, and index modern web applications. • Familiarity with React / Next.js, Node.js, or similar SSR / SSG frameworks. • Experience optimizing large-scale, high-traffic sites — including handling crawl budget, canonicalization, and dynamic rendering. • Proven ability to diagnose and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID) and page load performance. • Skilled in log file analysis and excited to build and drive our monitoring systems and tool implantations. • Proficient with Semrush Google Search Console, Google Analytics / GA4, and SEO APIs. • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and HTTP fundamentals. • Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments. • Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. • Fluent English required.
