• Draft detailed and accurate bills of costs. • Prepare costs budgets and statements. • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties. • Provide expert advice on cost-related matters. • Handle both contentious and non-contentious costs. • Ensure compliance with relevant case law and legislation. • Manage own caseload independently from start to finish.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in legal costs drafting. • Proficient in costs drafting software and legal case management systems. • Strong ability to interpret complex legal documents. • Meticulous in preparing accurate and comprehensive bills of costs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Capable of managing own caseload independently.
