• Assist customers by phone and/or chat, addressing account management and billing issues. • Provide support with content and basic site and app navigation. • Offer accurate and real-time responses to customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries related to orders or refunds.
🎯 Requirements
• Native or C1/C2 level in Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, Italian, or Spanish. • English level of B2/C1 is mandatory. • Must have a valid EU Passport.
🏖️ Benefits
• Salary: 1.100 to 1.300 gross per month x 14 (2 extra salaries per year) • Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 250 in gross monthly bonus based on project performance. • Holiday: 22 days of paid holidays per year. • Health insurance. • Relocation Package to Greece.
