📋 Description
• Assist customers by phone and/or chat, addressing account management and billing issues • Provide support with content and basic site and app navigation • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any inquiries related to orders or refunds
🎯 Requirements
• Must be native or C2 level in one of the languages mentioned (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish) • English level of B2/C1 is mandatory
