📋 Description

• Design and ownership of end-to-end RAG pipelines. • Evaluation, fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs. • Architecting robust, scalable AI systems. • Establishment of evaluation frameworks. • Collaboration with full-stack developers to deliver AI capabilities. • Close cooperation with enterprise clients to meet custom requirements. • Monitoring current GenAI developments and implementing them.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in applied AI/ML in production environments. • Strong Python skills. • Practical experience with RAG architectures and vector databases. • Solid knowledge of at least one major LLM provider. • Good understanding of MLOps. • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. • Good German language skills (minimum B2).
