📋 Description

• Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, preparing detailed financial reports. • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. • Ensure timely bank payments, monitoring and managing cash flow. • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, providing insights for financial planning. • Perform daily reconciliation of warehouse transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Coordinate with trust manager to streamline treasury operations and optimize cash management. • Collaborate with the operations team, providing support for capital repayments. • Assist in financial planning and analysis for operational efficiency and cost management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • CPA or equivalent certification preferred. • Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB Advanced) and MS Office Suite. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
