📋 Description
• Multinational Shipping company looking for an accounts receivable manager. • Oversee the data input department and reconcile the receivables. • Will oversee an international team and report directly to the CFO. • Establish goals for the accounts receivable team. • Monitor processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. • Conduct credit checks on new customers. • Handle negotiations with clients in cases of non-payment. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reports. • Organize records of invoices, bills, and deposits. • Support and train accounts receivable clerks.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial data. • Ability to identify and resolve AP-related issues effectively.
