• Review, analyze, and organize bank statements to identify relevant financial information. • Accurately extract and record data such as deposits, expenses, and cash flow for funding assessment. • Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and free of discrepancies. • Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat to guide them through the funding process. • Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation, such as bank statements, identification, and other required paperwork. • Address client questions and concerns, providing clear and concise explanations of the funding process. • Follow up with clients to ensure all information is submitted promptly and accurately. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, funding progress, and documentation received. • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the funding process and resolve any issues that may arise. • Update and manage client information in CRM software to ensure accurate data tracking.
• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a financial services role is required. • Strong understanding of bank statements and financial documentation. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Customer service experience is a plus.
