• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • 5–7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role • Experience in the promotional products industry is required • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
