📋 Description

• Manage project notifications and internal communication • Provide support to enhance client experience • Assist with project management processes • Add and track project-related tasks in Basecamp • Collaborate closely with Client Experience and Account Managers • Communicate directly with clients via email, Slack, phone, and in-person meetings • Work independently to solve problems, knowing when to escalate • Monitor and manage deadlines, timelines, and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Basecamp & Monday.com experience - preferred. • Marketing agency experience - preferred. • 3+ years of experience in project management/operations - preferred
