📋 Description

• Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and supervise our sales team. • This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives within our SaaS environment, ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded. • The Sales Manager will oversee SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and Account Executives, and ideally, will also participate as a closer when necessary. • This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills in English, and experience driving performance in fast-paced SaaS organizations. • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs and Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets. • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance. • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand clients customer base and achieve short- and long-term revenue objectives. • Monitor key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, average deal size) and adjust tactics to maintain strong sales performance. • Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain a rigorous pipeline management process, ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting. • Closing Deals: Act as a closer for high-value or strategic deals when necessary, leveraging strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Knowledge and good understanding of PPC. • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Proven success leading SDR and Account Executive teams, including hiring, training, and performance management. • Experience designing and implementing sales processes for rapid growth. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools used for prospecting, forecasting, and reporting. • Understanding of subscription-based models, recurring revenue, and renewal strategies. • Demonstrable experience closing deals, especially in high-value or complex sales scenarios. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, forecasting, and developing actionable insights. • A strategic mindset, able to anticipate market changes and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
