📋 Description

• Main focus: Pre-Sales Support: Help customers set up and test our product during the sales process. • Potential to add more work and Onboarding & Customer Success: Guide new customers through setup, training, and ongoing support. • Customer Support: Be the go-to person for technical questions and ensure customers have a great experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Skills: Experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Must-have. • Familiarity with Linux. • Experience with cloud technologies (a plus). • Customer-Facing Experience: Must have experience working directly with customers. • Great Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly. • Fluent English: Strong spoken and written English is a must.
