📋 Description
• Analyze Higher Education business requirements, process and applications. • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Translate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, and use cases. • Perform grooming of items from the backlog using Azure DevOps. • Align solutions with educational technologies and best practices. • Lead the design of business models, use cases, and process flows. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution including internal and external teams. • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders. • Provide guidance on leveraging technology for business objectives. • Implement best practices for business analysis and project management. • Work and collaborate closely with the Dev & QA teams for requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a proven C1 or better English and ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday (Eastern US Time Zone) • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner working for multiple global projects. • 5+ years of experience working with Scrum projects. • 5+ years of experience working with Azure and for SaaS solutions. • 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps. • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (Git). • 3+ years of experience working with Dev to resolve defects and bugs. • Must have a proven C1 or better English and ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday (Eastern US Time Zone).
