📋 Description
• Manage pharmacy orders via phone, fax, or web. • Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues. • Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams. • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records. • Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare providers.
🎯 Requirements
• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or must obtain before training, application fees will be reimbursed). • Active PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification (must provide before interview). • Reside in FL, IN, IL, or WI. • 2 to 4 years of customer service, supply chain, or call center experience (within the U.S.). • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. • Spanish proficiency preferred.
