📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, Orchestration, etc.). • Architect and maintain an effective and scalable CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across IT assets and services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, cloud, network, security, application teams) to integrate ITOM solutions seamlessly. • Provide thought leadership and best practices in ITOM and CMDB to stakeholders and project teams. • Drive automation initiatives to enhance monitoring, service visibility, and incident/problem resolution. • Support upgrades, integrations, and customization of the ServiceNow ITOM suite. • Mentor and guide junior engineers and leads within the ITOM/CMDB domain.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in ITOM/CMDB roles (SSE, Lead, or Architect level). • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. • Proven expertise in designing and managing CMDB with best practices and governance models. • Experience in integrations with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in ITOM/CMDB. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM/CMDB) or Architect certification is a plus.
