• Process and categorize corporate card transactions; assist with expense reviews, reimbursement approvals, and receipt follow-up • Bank/credit card reconciliation support — matching Ramp transactions to QBO, flagging unmatched or duplicate charges • Vendor invoice processing — data entry, coding to the right GL account/class, routing for approval • 1099 prep support — collecting W-9s, tracking vendor payment totals ahead of year-end • Filing/document organization — keeping the Google Drive or QBO attachment records tidy • Assisting with grant/restricted fund tracking — maintaining various grant schedules • Help maintain balance sheet accounts and flag discrepancies • Assist with month-end reporting, including accruals, journal entries, and closing schedule preparation • Provide general support to the finance department as needed; must be flexible
• 3+ years of relevant accounting, bookkeeping, administration or finance-related education • Comfortable working with RAMP, QBO, Mosaic, and Salesforce • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial transactions • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills
