📋 Description

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure • Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients • Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans • Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of West Virginia • Active DEA and individual NPI number • Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application • Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one • Reliable internet connection • Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
