📋 Description

• Reporting into the Consulting Support Manager, coordinate and provide administration for talent management services. • Support the Consulting Support Project Lead and Lead Consultant in complex projects. • Proactively provide regular updates to Consulting Support Manager of project progress, challenges, and achievements. • Coordinate the delivery process for assessment centers/workshops/proctoring. • Manage the client relationship, ensuring professional, responsive, timely service. • Assist with financial aspects of projects, ensuring prompt invoicing and tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred. • Education/certification in project management is preferred. • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g. MS Project, Jira etc. • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc. • Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required. • Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multi-task, and prioritize workloads for self and others.
