📋 Description
• Deliver backend functional and technical support for IFS ERP • Investigate and resolve tickets involving system errors, data discrepancies • Execute system configuration changes • Maintain accurate system documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience with IFS ERP • Strong proficiency in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance modules • Experience with IFS Apps 9 or 10 • Basic knowledge of PL/SQL • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
