📋 Description
• Lead/Support functional delivery for assigned modules: UK/EU Payroll / US Payroll / OTL / ORC • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design • Configure setups: rules, eligibility, workflows, approvals, validations • Support data migration activities • Manage setup migration across environments
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years relevant experience • Strong Oracle Fusion HCM / Cloud functional experience • Core HR foundation • Hands-on expertise in Payroll (UK/EU) or Payroll (US) or OTL or ORC • Functional / Techno-Functional profile
