📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering programs from planning through deployment. • Define program roadmaps, drive quarterly planning, align capacity, and ensure governance. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture, and product. • Understand data flow across microservices, backend systems, and integration layers. • Track delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) for continuous improvement. • Own the complete release management lifecycle —release readiness, documentation, deployment plans, and hypercare. • Work closely with product managers, engineering leads, architects, and business partners. • Provide clear and structured program updates, dashboards, risks, and mitigation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles with demonstrated program delivery experience. • Minimum 5 years of Project Management and 2+ years of Program Management. • Strong technical understanding of: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka event streaming, AWS cloud infrastructure. • Experience in: Program planning & execution, Risk & dependency management, Release management, Effort estimation, resource alignment. • Proven ability to manage integration-heavy programs at scale. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
