📋 Description

• Manage logistics operations within an assigned service area • Monitor delivery performance to ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded • Forecast driver and asset needs based on projected delivery volumes • Monitor orders and operational activity to ensure compliance • Conduct regular visits to customer terminals or partner facilities • Build and maintain strong working relationships with terminal managers and operational partners • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Onboarding teams • Conduct regular driver inspections and field checks • Serve as the first point of escalation for operational or service issues • Conduct merchant wellness checks to maintain strong client relationships • Provide operational insights and feedback to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field considered an asset. • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or operations management. • Experience working in last-mile delivery, courier, or transportation environments preferred. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with logistics systems, delivery platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
