📋 Description

• Lead a small but highly effective team of Cloud Platform Engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and hands-on leadership. • Design, manage, and continuously improve Tangany's cloud-native platform on Microsoft Azure. • Take ownership of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, including cluster architecture and lifecycle management. • Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps services. • Establish and evolve comprehensive observability capabilities using Grafana and Azure Monitor. • Collaborate closely with product development teams to improve developer productivity and platform reliability. • Support second-line and ISO teams in meeting IT compliance requirements. • Drive platform reliability and operational excellence through infrastructure-as-code and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, development operations, and release management. • 3+ years of experience in team leadership. • Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture best practices. • Proven experience in building cloud solutions in highly regulated environments. • Hands-on experience in Terraform, Shell scripting, Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines implementation. • Enthusiasm for blockchain technologies; blockchain knowledge is a plus. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Fluent in English (>B2); German is a plus.
