📋 Description

• Executive Support to SVP, Lifestyle Leasing - 75% • Act as the liaison for the business functions reporting to the SVP to ensure all critical needs are met while helping to prioritize time and attention to the most urgent matters • Manage, prioritize, and maintain extremely active and often complex and changing, daily schedules for the SVP • Create custom decks for meetings and presentations for the SVP and their direct reports • Communicate with tenant partners to transmit information and coordinate meetings • Maintain Department Goal Scorecard and monitor key goals and objectives of the teams providing monthly status reports to the SVP. • Provide occasional onsite support for important meetings involving the SVP

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or higher degree in business or related field or equivalent related work experience. • Six plus (6+) years of experience providing administrative and project support in a professional environment
