📋 Description

• Provide oversight of TRUConnect AMI deployments at customer sites • Be the primary point of contact in managing complex, multi-faceted projects • Heavily involved in managing customer relationships • Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects from initiation through to delivery and commissioning • Support customers in solving complex problems and provide customer training and technical on-site support • Provide leadership to multiple stakeholders to define requirements, establish system design, coordinate deliveries and report to customers • Oversee systems integration – work with customer utilities in integrating TRUConnect AMI to other utility vendor systems • Negotiate, implement, and supervise subcontracts, when required • Regularly review and report on project performance to management and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or advanced certification in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering (Computer, Electrical or Systems), or other related field • 6+ years of experience managing the operation, deployment and/or installation of large, multi-faceted projects in large IT, telemetry, control or communications systems/networks • Customer/stakeholder management experience • A PMP designation is preferred • Experience in AMI/AMR, RF or Wireless communications is an asset
