• You advise our clients from the upper mid-market, large enterprises and the public sector on the continuous development of digital technologies • You support our clients in the definition, implementation and optimization of integrated solutions based on Matrix42 and Ivanti technologies • You take on process consulting and (partial) project management for ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations in the areas of Finance, Logistics/Warehouse and Retail • In collaboration with the client you develop concepts and coordinate them with other subprojects • You are also responsible for planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting within your area of responsibility • You provide support services in customer service and assist in presales projects
• University degree or comparable qualification • Strong methodological and facilitation skills • Analytical acumen • Experience in process analysis and process design • Passion for new technologies • Enjoy working in a team, on challenging projects and with people • High motivation and willingness to learn, plus a general willingness to travel
