📋 Description

• You advise our customers from upper mid-market companies, enterprises and public sector organizations on the continuous development of digital technologies. • You support our customers in defining, implementing and optimizing integrated solutions based on Matrix42 and Ivanti technologies. • You provide process consulting and (partial) project management for ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementations in the areas of Finance, Logistics/Warehouse and Retail. • In cooperation with the customer you develop concepts and coordinate these with other subprojects. • You are responsible for planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting within your area of responsibility. • You provide support services in customer service and assist in presales projects.

• Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification • Strong methodological and facilitation skills • Analytical acumen • Experience in process analysis and design • Passion for new technologies • Enjoy working in a team, tackling challenging projects and working with people • High performance orientation and willingness to learn, as well as general willingness to travel
