📋 Description

• Client relationship management: monitor project health, acting proactively to prevent issues and ensure full client satisfaction. • Conduct alignment meetings and closely track timelines. • Produce detailed success reports, monitor performance indicators, and propose adjustments when necessary. • Ensure marketing strategies align with the client's objectives. • Responsible for identifying and managing issues during critical moments, reversing cancellation requests, and implementing necessary corrective actions. • Proactively identify and recommend upsell and cross-sell products or services that add value and address emerging client needs, aiming to drive account growth. • Support clients in the post-sale phase, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. • Lead the contract renewal process strategically, including presenting clear proposals and steering negotiations to secure client retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) • Understanding of key metrics such as ROI, LTV and NPS • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts • Ability to interpret digital marketing data and translate it into practical actions • Ability to execute upsell and cross-sell initiatives and renewals through sales presentations • Clear, consultative communication • Results-oriented with a focus on customer retention • Analytical skills • Strong organizational skills • Proactive in problem-solving and proposing improvements • Empathy and active listening
