📋 Description
• Transcribe audio recordings accurately and efficiently into written text. • Adhere to transcription guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality. • Proofread and edit transcripts for errors, clarity, and formatting. • Collaborate with team members to project deadlines and requirements. • Communicate effectively with supervisors to clarify instructions and provide progress updates. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Learn and utilize transcription software and tools effectively to enhance productivity.
🎯 Requirements
• Fresher • Graduation degree or recent graduate in English, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field preferred. • Additional degree / certification is a bonus. • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal including grammar, punctuation, and spelling in English. • Excellent listening skills and ability to accurately transcribe spoken words. • Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy. • Proficiency in using transcription software and tools is a plus. • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
