📋 Description

• Ensure high quality and safe experiences for users across social media apps. • Apply content policy to digital content and enforce client’s terms of use. • Review and score content based on specified criteria. • Participate in wellness activities and programs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience environment. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Fluent in English and Bulgarian (reading and speaking). • Strong interpersonal skills. • High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations.
