📋 Description

• Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses across the social media family of apps • Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency • Identify subtle differences in the meaning of digital communication • Accurately enforce the client’s terms of use by monitoring reports of abuse • Participate in employee assistance programs and training

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Fluent in English and Ukrainian, must be able to read and speak the language • Strong interpersonal skills • Verbal and written communication skills • High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations
