📋 Description
• Develop and execute a global privacy roadmap • Act as the subject matter expert on global privacy laws • Partner with Sales and Legal to negotiate complex Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) • Partner with the Product and AI Operations teams to ensure ethical use of AI • Embed privacy requirements into new product development and client onboarding processes • Oversee privacy due diligence and lifecycle management of third-party vendors • Lead the Global Privacy Incident Response Team • Oversee Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and manage third-party privacy audits • Foster a culture of privacy awareness across the global frontline • Lead and scale a multidisciplinary global privacy team
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data privacy, legal, or compliance • At least 5 years in a global leadership role • JD or equivalent advanced degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or Business required • Certifications: CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM (IAPP) certifications are highly preferred. • Deep understanding of how data flows through modern cloud infrastructure and AI/ML pipelines • Experience managing remote, multicultural teams and navigating the nuances of international labor and data laws
