📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive customer service, order management, and warranty support to clients' customers • Communicate through phone and email channels to address inquiries and resolve customer concerns • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email • Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking • Provide warranty support and process warranty claims • Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and services • Assist customers with navigating the global marketplace • Support customer groups and address their specific needs • Resolve production and shipping issues • Provide website support and troubleshooting • Handle other customer inquiries, including spam and marketing-related issues

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level • Successfully complete the English written and oral assessment • Willing to complete assessments that include a typing test (25 wpm) • Great communication skills • Strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player • Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have HSD or equivalent Sales Experience Highly Preferred
