📋 Description
• develop and execute a global privacy roadmap • act as a subject matter expert on global privacy laws • partner with Sales and Legal to negotiate Data Processing Addendums • ensure ethical and compliant use of generative AI and ML models • embed privacy requirements into product development • oversee privacy due diligence and lifecycle management of vendors • lead Global Privacy Incident Response Team • manage Data Protection Impact Assessments and privacy audits • foster a culture of privacy awareness across the global frontline • lead and scale a multidisciplinary global privacy team
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data privacy, legal, or compliance • at least 5 years in a global leadership role • JD or equivalent advanced degree preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or Business required • CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM certifications are highly preferred • Deep understanding of data flows through modern cloud infrastructure • Experience managing remote, multicultural teams
