📋 Description
• Own the full lifecycle of retail purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment • Proactively identify risks to fill rates, including inventory shortages or production delays • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Mass accounts • Ensure all orders flawlessly meet retailer compliance requirements to actively monitor and reduce chargebacks tied to execution errors
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English level (C1 or higher is mandatory) • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (CPG background is highly preferred) • Direct hands-on experience with Fedex, Target, Doordash or Walmart accounts is highly preferred • Strong understanding of EDI platforms, retail compliance, and complex routing requirements • Highly organized with a relentless attention to detail
