📋 Description

• Oversee operational delivery across 5 global sites in Colombia, Mexico, Egypt, and NAM • Hold ultimate accountability for critical KPIs across all LOBs • Standardize processes and foster a culture of cross-regional knowledge transfer • Act as the primary operational interlocutor for the client's executive leadership • Support Quarterly Business Reviews with data-driven thought leadership • Establish clear operational goals, analyze portfolio growth, and provide highly accurate forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Operations Leadership experience within a BPO setting • Extended experience in leading large-scale operations preferably within the Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or Subscription-Based Consumer Hardware sectors • Demonstrated success managing complex portfolios that simultaneously handle high-tier Technical Support/Hardware Troubleshooting and Inbound/Outbound Sales • Deep experience managing operations in LATAM (specifically Colombia/Mexico) • Strong financial and analytical acumen • Exceptional presentation and executive-level communication skills • Must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) • Familiarity with operational realities of wireless or satellite networks is highly preferred • Ability to travel 50% internationally
